WHAT ARE YOUR PACKAGES?

Please contact us for our packages. We do not publish our packages due to the variation of year and group.

 

 

WHAT IS ROSEHURST GARDEN TOTAL CAPACITY?

Our total allowed capacity is 175

East Lawn (seated ceremony, event tent area )

Terrace Area (dance floor, fire pits, and event tent area)

Rose’s Lawn (seated tables, standing area)

 

 

IS RHG AN OUTDOOR VENUE?

Yes, but we do have a catering kitchen and covered terrace. In case of weather we suggest renting an event tent. We have two different areas that allow for event tents. The fire pit area and the east lawn. Fire pit area fit a 20x40 tent [80 people] and East Lawn fits 20x60 or a hex tent fitting up to [120 people].

 

 

WHAT DOES RHG INCLUDE?

Rosehurst Garden includes a  covered terrace, terrace oversized island, multiple fire pits, arbor, minimal built-in outdoor tables and seating, outdoor dancefloor, bocce ball court, bathrooms, and parking.

 

 

CAN YOU USE YOUR OWN CATERER OR OTHER VENDORS?

Yes, all established and insured caterers with a license and/or a restaurant license are welcome. All food handlers/servers must have their Food Handler’s Permit. All licenses & permits must be presented the night of the event.

 

We do have a list of venders we like to work with but you are welcome to bring in your own. Check out our list here

 

 

DO YOU OFFER ANY FURNITURE WITH THE RENTAL OF RHG?

We have minimal built in outdoor tables and seating around the grotto.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR KITCHEN AMENITIES?

Our kitchen can be rented at an additional charge, it includes:

• Granite counter tops

• Oven and stove

• Microwave

• Sink

• Dishwasher

• Double-door refrigerator

CAN I STOP BY ANYTIME AND TAKE A TOUR?

Unfortunately no. Our private home is on property and we give site tours by appointment only.

 

 

WHAT PAPERWORK DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE MY EVENT THERE?

Apart from any permits that your event requires including banquet permit and liability insurance, we have a standard contract/agreement.

 

 

WHO CLEANS UP?

We ask that you leave the Rosehurst Garden (including kitchen, house, and all grounds) in the same condition as you found them at the beginning of the event. If you are using a coordinator and caterer please forward our “cleaning guide” contract to them. You will receive these documents with your contract upon reservations. If subject to failure of guidelines there will be an automatic $250.00 non-negotiable cleaning fee.

To secure the reservations, we will send you a contract to fill out and sign and we also require a 25% security deposit of the rental fee (applied to balance). If the reservation is canceled we require a written cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages.
